2.1.5 Face Data, Photos, and iOS Biometric Usage

On iOS, our app does not collect or process any facial recognition data or biometric identifiers for AI or analytics purposes.

If you choose to log in with "Sign in with Apple", the system may use Face ID or other biometric authentication methods to verify your identity. However, this authentication is entirely handled by Apple, and CrafteAI does not access or store any biometric data.

When using features like the camera or photo upload, the images may include human faces. These images are used solely for the video generations of our AI video effects, such as stylizations or transformations.

Uploaded images are temporarily stored on our servers for processing and are automatically deleted shortly after the video is generated. In some cases, the images may be shared with trusted third-party rendering providers who are contractually bound not to retain or misuse any data.

By using the camera or upload feature, you consent to this limited and temporary use of your image strictly for creative purposes.

2.2 Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service on both the Website and the App.
